HEATED AND INSULATED
Heated tank systems are available for high density polyethylene, fiberglass, and steel tanks. These systems can be used for freeze protection or to maintain a product at an elevated temperature. Immersion systems can elevate product temperature and come in a variety of configurations. Dry wells, internal clips, threaded or flanged connections are all available accessories in these systems.
Insulation
This spray on insulation is factory applied prior to shipment, or field installed once tank is set. Standard insulation is a NOM. 2" thick and is coated with a high solids 
latex coating for all weather protection. All fittings will come with insulation dams to protect the connection. Manway covers can be insulated as well to further stop heat loss. Thicker insulation and coatings are available, please contact one of our specialists to discuss your application.
Below is a example of a heater controll box. This is the factory installed control panel for heating your double wall tank. Also, there is a RF WFN Flange in the picture with an example of our insluation dam. As mentioned earlier, the 
insulation dam provides protection for your fitting from the insulation. This allows easy access to the bolt connections, and keep you tank looking clean.
To the right is a painted mild steel and Polypro insulated pump housing. It has a locking door with a plastic hinge. The insulation thickness on this particular part is a nom. 3". Shown below is a DW-3200 that is insulated with 2" of foam, it features a 48" bolted top access, and several fittings with insulation dams.We have many solutions to all of your applications.
