Double Wall Fittings

Protectoplas offers a wide range of fitting choices for double wall tanks including our most popular RF WFN flanges. We can even help you accomidate for double wall piping by supplying a double flanged outer connection.
Unlike other designs, Protectoplas has a true double walled fitting. The connection is made completely outside of the
seconday containment. You have your choice of FNPT, MNPT, flanged, or quick connect. You lower side wall fitting may also be used in conjuction with one of our visual level indication systems minimizing the amount of fittings you may require.
THE PAD FLANGE
Our Pad Flange can be constructed in any applicable size and only projects 1" off the surface of your tank. The Pad Flange features corrosion resistant thread inserts, a Full raised face design, and a internal/external heavy duty seal. Specifically designed for cone bottom tanks, this fitting is a perfect accessory for any mixing application, but if you are looking for maximun durability this fitting is also your answer. The all new Raised Face WFN™ incorporates the heavy duty 1” thick face, heavy wall pipe construction, and expert welding used on the Super Flanged Nozzle with a full contact raised face design. Now you can have all the chemical resistance and versatility of a polyethylene flange combined with the sealing power of a raised face. This flange has been shop tested for pull out exceeding 2,700 lbs, rated for 25 psi @ 11 ft lbs of torque, and shop tested to over 100 psi @ 11 ft lbs of torque.
